Over the last few weeks I've been overhauling the old Bubbenstein 2 software listed on my projects page. I have developed some proper coding standards, split the source into multiple files, added some more features, and ported the engine to SDL and Linux. Stay tuned for further updates...

I updated my projects page to include Superbub, a sidescrolling game I made last year that uses a very robust and speedy mario engine that I created specifically for that game. Check it out!

I updated my services page so that it summarizes my skill set and experience better.
My name is Sheridan Rathbun.
I was born in Louiston, Idaho on August 10th, 1994, but I have lived in southern Indiana for as long as I can remember.
I am a computer programmer. I have toyed with computers since I was five, and I have been making games and programming since I was eight. As of January 17th, 2011, I know C and a smattering of assembly language for the 8086 chip-set.
I am particularly experienced when it comes to making computer games. I have four years of experience working with 3D Gamestudio in particular.

BSDL, also known as Bubbenstein 3 (or just Bubbenstein 2 -- finished edition) is in the middle of heavy construction! I've overhauled the code, creating new conventions and splitting the source into more than a dozen appropriately-named files. In addition, I've added several other snazzy features - such as Linux support, thanks to the wonderful SDL library (hence the name).
